The champagne house Falmet-Collot Créateur is located in Rouvre-les-Vignes in the Côte des Bar, the South of the Champagne region. Laurent and Corinne have been responsible for Falmet-Collot since 2004, after taking over from Corinne's father, Michel Falmet. Using new technology, they guarantee a high-quality and sustainable production process, which results in fantastic champagnes.

The champagnes of Falmet-Collot are available in exclusivity at GeoVino - World of Wine.

Grapes

2% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 83% Pinot Noir and 65% reserve wines.

After bottling, this champagne matures between 24 and 30 months in the cellars to reach its full maturity.

Tasting

This Falmet-Collot Brut Tradition champagne has light salmon-colored notes with versatile and fine mousse. The combination of aromas of white fruit (peach, pear and apricot) and dried fruit (walnuts, hazelnuts and raisins) creates a beautiful and lively complexity while maintaining the balance. In the mouth, the flavors are enhanced by notes of crispy grilled bread.

A full taste. A full, structured Champagne similar to our Pinot Noirs from the Côte des Bar. A moment of softness, which slowly enters.
