The champagne house Falmet-Collot Créateur is located in Rouvre-les-Vignes in the Côte des Bar, the South of the Champagne region. Laurent and Corinne have been responsible for Falmet-Collot since 2004, after taking over from Corinne's father, Michel Falmet. Using new technology, they guarantee a high-quality and sustainable production process, which results in fantastic champagnes.

The champagnes of Falmet-Collot are available in exclusivity at GeoVino - World of Wine.

Grapes

30% Pinot Meunier and 70% Pinot Noir.

At least a quarter of the wines are reserve wines . The maturity of this champagne is obtained after 36-48 months of aging on lees.

Tasting

Endowed with a generous and fine froth with a wonderfully-persistent bead, this slightly-amber, almost golden, Blanc de Noirs has a rich and very open nose which expresses notes of fresh white fruits including mirabelle plum and pear, together with hints of crunchy dreid fruit, almond and hazelnut. The aromas of white fruits and nuts are transcended in the mouth by a great minerality bringing finesse and elegance. Upon opening, aromas of red fruits are delicately expressed. Finesse and distinction, an amazing champagne.
