The champagne house Falmet-Collot Créateur is located in Rouvre-les-Vignes in the Côte des Bar, the South of the Champagne region. Laurent and Corinne have been responsible for Falmet-Collot since 2004, after taking over from Corinne's father, Michel Falmet. 100% Chardonnay
This champagne is made exclusively from our best Chardonnay cuvées. So that its expression is complete, this wine was left to age in our cellars for 54 to 60 months.

Tasting

Its bright strav-yellow robe is crowned by a very fine froth. Lemon, grapefruit - typical citrus aromas from blanc de blanc - perfectly match floral notes such as hawthorn.
